Butoh Workshop with Natascha Wöss
Researching the Inner Self means to forget the Inner Self. Metamorphosis, the transfer of the body to liveforms as animals, plants or stones may enable us to gain concentration directed toward the Inner Self and erase our “ego”. Through awareness we learn to concentrate on the present, be sensitive for every moment and appreciate each second as new and unique. Butoh is performance art from Japan; a dance without technical corset. The workshop includes warming up, walking meditation, improvisation. No dance experience needed! All generations welcome!
